As a partner of Helsinki Design Capital 2012, the emphasis of the cooperative's exhibitions and events in Fiskars Village in 2012 is on design. A design project stipend will be thus awarded for the three-month period of January-March 2012. The stipendiat is provided free accommodation, work space and a 600 euro honorarium (in total). The stipend is rewarded to an applicant with a specific design project to be developed, made or shown in Fiskars Village during 2012.

The project can be an installation, workshop or work to be exhibited in Fiskars. Design research and innovative proposals are also welcomed. Applicants for the stipend period should submit the online application form along with a C.V. and 5-10 work samples (maximum of 20Mb in total), and mention the January-March period in the online application form to applications@fiskarsair.fi.
