Scholar Library

Scholar Library is a community library, open since 2016, aiming to promote an intellectual society and economy especially among the younger generation. The library encourages locals to be a local knowledge resource for the country. Along with promoting an intellectual society and economy, the library also promotes a reading culture, sharing culture, information exchange and research. Their vision is that "Cambodia becomes a Country of Knowledge Economy."
