St Petersburg | International Forum on 'Culture as a Factor of Growth'

The V International Forum in the framework of the Northern Dimension Partnership on Culture (NDPC) "CULTURE AS A FACTOR OF GROWTH" takes place on November 14- 15, 2018 in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

The theme of the 2018 Forum is "Urbanism as Part of Modern Culture". The Forum will bring together Russian and other NDPC countries’ experts and audiences interested in development of culture and creative industries and its cross- sectorial aspects.

The Forum will include a plenary session "Urbanism and creative industries: at the intersection of culture, economy and tourism" and three sections of themes with discussions following to them such as "Adapting city space as cultural clusters", "Urban festivals as a platform for start-ups" and "Cultural heritage objects as a part of the modern city".
