Beijing - 2018 ASSITEJ Artistic Gathering

ASSITEJ China and China Children’s Theatre Festival will host the ASSITEJ Artistic Gathering in Beijing from 18-24 August. Registration is open and should be completed by the end of May. The ASSITEJ Artistic Gathering is the annual working meeting of the ASSITEJ International, focused on performing arts for children and young audiences.

During the one week, around 18 productions from five continents around 10 countries including China, South Korea, Romania, Norway, Australia, South Africa, etc. will make more than 50 performances and related participatory events. ASSITEJ Artistic Encounters, theatre workshops, multi-cultural dialogues, symposiums, networking programs will also take place in many venues.

China Children’s Theatre Festival is a unique nationwide festival of theatre for young audiences in China. It presents artistically outstanding productions from China and abroad.
