On 8 December 2015 the first Art Economy Forum (AEF) will take place at Wisma ITBM Hall, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to discuss cultural development and the arts in Malaysia and in South East Asia. Organized by the Malaysian Institute of Translation and Books (ITBM), Vallette Gallery and Razak School of Government (RSOG), the Art Economy Forum (AEF) 2015 brings together policy makers, academics, artists and entrepreneurs to explore concrete proposals to support the arts and the expansion of the cultural economy. The one-day event builds upon the Art Economy Conference (AEC) 2015 in March.
