STELLA comprises a young Laos community, a network of collaborators and co-creators. The organisation offers a unique platform for learning, sharing and collaborating opportunities to impact in people's work and community.  

STELLA offers learning opportunities in soft skills development and team building for youth, schools and organisations. STELLA also collaborates with organisations in the education, development, public sectors and business to create social impact.
