The Evaluation Journey - A Toolkit for Cultural Operators is a new toolkit initiated by the European Network of Cultural Centres (ENCC) in partnership with Dagna Gmitrowicz and On the Move.

How to set out to evaluate a cultural project? How to avoid getting lost amongst the wealth of different tools and methods available? How to define value in the cultural sector? How to get communities and stakeholders involved, and keep them involved? And how to make sure that the conclusions do not end up in a drawer ?

The toolkit will embark cultural operators on the different steps of development of your evaluation through information, advice and exercises.

This publication was created in the framework of BECC, the ENCC's learning, mobility and staff exchange programme, in collaboration with On The Move cultural mobility information network.
