Warsaw Photo Days 2018 - open call

Submissions invited on the theme of MANIPULATION for 2018 Warsaw Photo Days open call.

From December 7-28, 2018 Warsaw will host the 5th Edition of Warsaw Photo Days. As a part of the festival, an open competition called Open Programme is addressed to all visual artists. The organisers are looking forward to receiving photographic and multimedia projects prepared with the use of photography and/or video.

From the submitted applications, the curators will select twelve most interesting projects which will be produced by the Organiser and presented in Warsaw galleries during the festival.

The jury will select the GRAND PRIX winner who will receive a prize of PLN 5 000 (equivalent of around 1200 Euro).

Applications are made by email (deadline 24 Nov) and selected artists will be informed on 26 Nov and invited to send a file enabling a high quality print to be produced for exhibition in Warsaw. The selected artists invited to exhibit and shortlisted for the Grand Prix are invited to Warsaw (one night accommodation provided, no travel offered) for the exhibition opening on 7 December.
