Becomebecome is a 5-day masterclass (10-15 September 2014) held on the beautiful island of Kefalonia, Greece, a development programme for transdisciplinary art projects. A call for applications is open and 12 artists will be selected.

Becomebecome offers an opportunity to introduce a personal or professional project and amplify, augment and communicate it.
  This process will transform every idea into a vibrant structure in order to discover new information about the project’s nature.
 Each member of the masterclass will have an opportunity to communicate and finally evaluate the results of this process in collaboration with experts in the field of Art, Science and Technology.

It is a chance for wide variety of creators (visual artists, performers, dancers, educators, programmers) and researchers to bolster their proposals and create alliances to develop and conduct their projects within a transdisciplinary platform.

Participants will be part of a methodology that expands on the richness of their multicultural backgrounds to provide illuminating feedback, fertile networking and cooperative learning.

Through the methodological structuring and management of creative kinetics, becomebecome establishes the conditions to advance each original undertaking and acquire new strategies to include in future endeavours.

The Master Class will be held at the Ionian Centre for the Arts and Culture, Kefalonia and is limited to 12 participants.  The selection will be based on the originality and transdisciplinarity of the project

Participation fee is 248 Euros. This includes accommodation, breakfast and one meal. Travelling expenses and local transportations are not included.
