Applications open (for projects with Asian director and/or Asian main production country) for Asian Cinema Fund (post-production grants for fiction feature projects) and Asian Network of Documentary Fund (for documentary projects).

1) For fiction feature project:

As a part of Asian Cinema Fund (ACF) programme, Post-production Fund provides post-production services for fiction feature project, shot in HD digital format.

ELIGIBILITY: Asian Project

- The director should have an Asian nationality.

- If the director is Asian heritage residing in foreign country, the project should contain Asian elements in story, theme, character, and its set-up.

Korean Project - The director should have Korean nationality and should be residing in Korea. - Main production of the project should be set in Korea.

- DI, Final Mixing and DCP Mastering services will be provided by *Korean post-production facilities. (*for Chinese projects, same services from Chinese post studio)
- Round-trip airfare, accommodation, translation (Korean-English) services will be additionally covered.

2) For documentary project:

As a part of Asian Cinema Fund (ACF) programme, Asian Network of Documentary Fund (AND) provides funding for feature length documentary project, aimed at theatrical release. The ACF opens application annually.

FUNDING CATEGORY Asian Project

- The director should have an Asian nationality.

- The project should contain Asian elements in story, theme, character, and its set-up.

- If the director is of Asian heritage or a non-Asian residing in Asian country, ACF will judge the eligibility based on other factors of the project.

Korean Project - The director should have Korean nationality and live in Korea. ※This document contains guideline of Asian Project submission.

ELIGIBILITY

- Feature length documentary project in production or post-production stage

- Resubmission will be accepted only when the substantial changes are remarked. Full explanation of changes should be provided in the application.

- An applicant can submit only one project in the same funding programme.

- Cash Award of up to 10,000,000 KRW (approx. 9,000 USD)
- Selected projects will be invited to AND program during the festival period.
