Hyundai Puppet Theatre presents “Puppet City” from Sept. 22 to 28 at the International Puppet Theatre Festival in Bulgaria and the International Puppet and Mime Festival of Kilkis in Greece 24 September - 5 October. Hyundai Puppet Theatre, Korea’s premier puppet theatre with a 48-year history, has been invited to well-known international puppet theatre festivals in Sofia, Bulgaria, and Kilkis, Greece. The group presents its flagship piece “Puppet City” in both festivals as a guest performance and master class. The piece has been selected as an opening performance in Greece. The creative production draws on Korean traditional plays and uses intricate puppet manipulations.
