Europe Day 2023 online festival and calendar

On 9 May 2023, to celebrate Europe Day, the European Cultural Foundation has organised a streaming programme with content for Europe-interested and professional audiences.

The theme for this year is “Europe is yours!” Highlights of the festival are The Europe Challenge, the outcomes of the European Sentiment Compass, Decolonial Europe Days 2023, the launch of the Pop the vote on culture campaign. As in previous years, the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA) participates with a selection of films that highlight different aspects of Life in Europe. 

The whole programme will be online until 31 May 2023.

In addition, there is a calendar of hundreds of cultural events across the continent and beyond, such as public debates, exhibitions, festive meetings, and concerts. In the run up to Europe Day, the European Cultural Foundation will publish an as complete as possible agenda with Europe Day events.
