Singapore Design Week

One of Asia’s premier design festivals, Singapore Design Week (SDW) is organised by DesignSingapore Council and is a celebration of creativity and innovation, championing thought leadership and showcasing the best of design from Singapore and beyond in the UNESCO City of Design.

From 2014 to 2019, the first 6 editions of Singapore Design Week presented a collection of local and international design activities in Singapore. As one of Asia’s premier design festivals, SDW championed thought leadership by bridging the design, business and public policy worlds to bring about innovative solutions to build businesses, engage communities and enrich people’s lives. The festival served as a hub where the best design talents and businesses from Singapore and Asia converged to be showcased to the world; and a platform where Singaporeans and visitors could experience the value of design through delightful activities. In 2023 the festival explores design through 3 defining festival pillars: Design Futures, Design Marketplace and Design Impact.

The festival is organised by DesignSingapore Council, the national agency that promotes design.
