Creative Industries Agency was founded in 2004 by Elena Zelentsova and became the first expert, consulting, and event agency promoting creative industries across Russia. Since its inception, the mission of the agency has been the scientific understanding and practical implementation of creative industries. Over the years, they have launched a great number of education, popularisation, research, event, and discussion projects.
