International artist residency ‘Something Foreign’ 2023

No Discipline Limited is calling for applications from artists in the areas of performance, media art, visual arts, and music for their 4- to 6-week international artist-in-residence programme ‘Something Foreign’ in Hong Kong, 2023.

‘Foreign’ not only describes something from abroad, but also relates to objects and conditions that appear as unfamiliar, unaccustomed and unexplored. As the start of a dialogue and exchange, ‘Something Foreign’ brings about inspirations from things external to one’s original experience.

The programme serves as a platform for cross-cultural dialogue, for sharing of identities, values and visions, in the shaping of arts. It provides opportunity to build lasting connections on ideas and experience sharing between people.
