The International Symposium on Culture and Sustainable Development will be held November 22 - 23 in Paris, co-organised by the Ministère de la Culture et de la Communication (France) and the Ministère de la Culture et des Communications (Québec).

The Objective of the symposium is to share ideas from around the world and identify possible actions to promote better integration of culture into sustainable development initiatives. The Programme of speakers includes major international culture professionals and academics from France, Canada, Denmark, Australia, the UK, Spain and Sweden, as well as input from UNESCO and the European Commission.
