Chiang Mai | Thai Ink - Japanese Paper | printmaking exhibition

In the spirit of cooperation + friendship, Awagami Factory, Japan and C.A.P Studio, Thailand collaborate on this exhibition spotlighting 5 of Thailand’s finest printmakers. The works represent a creative cross-section of today’s spirited Thai printmaking community. With varied aesthetics from minimal to allegorical, it is the organisers' hope that this exhibition raises awareness of the deep creativity to be found in Thailand today.
All prints have been editioned at C.A.P studio exclusively on Awagami Factory’s washi papers. The exhibition will travel from Chiang Mai to Bangkok + Japan
For nearly 300 years and 8 generations, Awagami Factory has been making Japan’s finest washi papers and supporting artists worldwide. Awagami is proud to have their papers now available in Thailand.
