88 MOCCA – The Museum of Chinese Contemporary Art on the web was initiated by the Fritz Kaiser Foundation which shows selected artworks of its collection. The 88 MOCCA blog provides interesting insights and info about projects involving Chinese contemporary artists worldwide.
Contemporary art seen as an open source of interesting visual expressions with weak signals and concrete arguments and counter arguments offers enjoyment and contributes to better understand today´s social challenges.
Chinese contemporary art offers deeper insight into today´s social situation in China and ultimately helps to bridge western and eastern cultures.
88 MOCCA functions as a multi-media website and aims to support and showcase great Chinese contemporary art by means of quality information for the public.
