Asia-Europe Cultural Relations: A look ahead | ASEF Public Forum

As part of the series “Recalibrating the Compass: What Future for Asia-Europe Cultural Relations?”, ASEF Culture will organise online a Public Forum titled Asia-Europe Cultural Relations - A look ahead on 9 February 2023, from 5 to 6.30pm SGT. 

For this final session of the 2022 Roundtable Series, we will invite a group of 6 speakers from Asia and Europe to discuss challenges and approaches in Asia-Europe cultural relations, based on findings and recommendations of the consultation process developed throughout 2022. 

Taking a step forward from the roundtable sessions recommendations, the Public Forum will address urgent themes for the arts and culture sectors including the call for change in the current challenging geopolical context and the need to invest in capacity-building, awareness-raising and advocacy to support a more balanced cultural cooperation.
