South Asian Contemporary (SAC) Art Amsterdam

South Asian Contemporary (SAC) Art Amsterdam is dedicated to presenting modern and contemporary art from South Asia and its diaspora. Founded in 2024 by Tasneem Hatimbhai, the gallery provides a platform for artistic exchange, connecting South Asian perspectives with global conversations.

Through a curated programme of exhibitions, collaborations, and public events, the gallery showcases the richness and diversity of creative practices from the South Asian subcontinent. Its focus spans painting, sculpture, installation, video, and new media, with an emphasis on experimentation and critical engagement.

SAC Art Amsterdam supports both emerging and established artists, whose practices often engages but not always with themes of identity, memory, and migration.
