The Ministry of Education, Culture and Science makes policies, drafts legislation and appropriates public funds on behalf of Dutch citizens. It serves 3.5 million pupils, students and their parents, as well as artists, curators and teachers. And it serves everyone else in the Netherlands affected by the activities in its remit.
