Kakiseni

Kakiseni is a much frequented and daily updated cultural directory and listing of cultural activities in the field of music, film, dance, theatre, literature and visual art.

Kakiseni was established in 2001, and is the only publication in Malaysia, online and offline, dedicated exclusively to the arts. Kaki Seni’s baseline is: “a foot in the Malaysian art scene!” Besides a listing of events and a directory of venues, organisations and people, Kaki Seni also has a special categories for kids, for events elsewhere than in Malaysia (mostly in Singapore) and keeps updates on auditions, competitions and courses. When registered, one can easily post a notice on the notice board, get a free weekly newsletter, access the archive of hundreds of articles, take part in the forums and send comments on the blog.
