Arts Law

Arts Law is Australia’s only community legal centre for the arts. Arts Law advises artists and arts organisations. They have free resources about contracts, copyright, defamation, Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP), and they offer workshops. Creative Australia is the major funder of Arts Law. All State and Territory governments have signed a National Funding Agreement with Arts Law.
