Sheffield DocFest 2024

Sheffield DocFest is open for film entries for their 31st edition, which will take place from 12 to 17 June 2024 in Sheffield, UK.

The festival welcomes non-fiction films of all lengths – from shorts to features – from documentary makers across the world. Each year the festival screens over 120 films in its selection.

Additionally, in 2024 they have a call for projects for their MeetMarket. Now in its 19th year, the MeetMarket connects documentary makers with UK and international industry representatives, which include more than 150 international funders, broadcasters, distributors, festival programmers and exhibitors. They welcome documentary projects at all stages of development, production, post-production, and rough-cut stages.
