Photography+ Emerging Talent 2026
Photoworks is calling for applications from international photographers for Photography+ Emerging Talent Issue. BA and MA graduates, as well as image-based artists, who are within the first five years of their practice and/or their graduation can apply to have their work featured in the next issue of the online magazine, Photography+.
Photography+ is an online magazine that explores how photography intersects with everyday life. Each issue is themed and includes interviews, opinion pieces, essays and folios.
10 Awardees will receive the following:
- Feature in the next issue of Photography+.
- A selected artist will receive a one-year Photoworks membership, along with mentoring from the curatorial and editorial teams.
- Printing partner, Spectrum Photographic, will award a selected artist a 200 GBP printing voucher and an Instagram takeover on their account
- The 10 Awardees will be showcased at Kranj Foto Fest in an evening projection

Artist Venturing Labs in Crete
Photoworks also has an opoen call for UK-based photographers for their week-long Artist Venturing Labs in Crete, Greece, with a 1,000 GBP stipend, return air travel from UK airports, accommodation, meals and on-the-ground costs.
