Music Week Poland 2026
Music Week Poland is calling for applications from bands for the 2026 edition.
Music Week Poland returns to Warsaw from 6–10 May 2026, bringing together artists, industry professionals, and media from across Poland, Europe, and beyond. Designed as a dynamic showcase festival, the event is built on three core pillars: live music, conference sessions, and education.
Music Week Poland 2025 (the first edition) featured over 60 showcase performances from emerging – and in some cases established – acts, alongside an industry conference structured around key themes such as business, technology, social impact, and legal affairs. These were divided into several tracks: Education and Professionalisation of the Sector, Interdisciplinarity, Live Music, Music Tech, Equity, Music and Politics/Social Issues/Economy, and Global Music Business.
Music Week Poland will provide the following:
- a high-quality audio and lighting system, along with basic backline*
- basic refreshments before the showcase
- access to the full music programme food coupons worth PLN 40 for each band member on the day of the concert
- organisational cost reimbursement of 500 EUR (flat fee)
- 1 x night hotel (or a cash payment of 170 PLN per person for one night)
- 2 x PRO PASS
