Mentorship for young collectives in the Alpine region
Trans Europe Halles (TEH) is calling for applications for Duct Tape & Dreams (DTAD), a grassroots mentorship programme for young cultural initiatives and collectives looking for support to take the next step. The programme runs from June to December 2026.
Programme structure
- Kick-off online session
- One-on-one virtual visit and needs assessment with mentor
- TEH Camp meeting preparation session.
- Workshop in Silandro, Italy: in-person feedback, pitching, and open conversations.
- One individual follow-up meeting with mentor.
- One final reflection session and short report.
Eligibility
The programme is looking for 4 initiatives that:
- Are based in rural, suburban or peri-urban areas in the Alpine region (Alpine parts of Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Slovenia, and Switzerland).
- Are 2 years old or younger as an independent cultural centre or collective.
- Already have, or are in the process of gaining, access to a repurposed building.
- Are committed to cultural and social impact in their local context.
