Arte Laguna Prize 2026
The 21st Edition of Arte Laguna Prize, International Contemporary Art Award, is calling for applications from international artists.
The contest features collaborations with international art galleries, companies, art residencies and festivals with inclusion into the web portal Arte Laguna World and the participation in the Finalist Artists collective exhibition at the Arsenale Nord of Venice, Italy from 6 to 29 November 2026. Residencies are for stays in China, Italy, Croatia or Australia.
Eligibility
The Prize is open to all, regardless of age, sex, nationality or other qualification. Each artist can participate by submitting a portfolio of artworks that may have been previously exhibited, giving priority to the entry of recently produced works. The theme is free. The following techniques are permitted:
- Painting
- Sculpture and Installation
- Photographic Art
- Video Art and Short films
- Performance and Acting (Stage and video)
- Virtual and Digital Art
- Digital Graphics and Cartoon
- Environmental / Land Art
- Urban Art and Street Art
- Art Design
Prizes
There is one cash prize of 10,000 EUR for the overall winner.
120 finalists will be selected to participate in the collective exhibition in Venice, Italy.
There are Special Prizes, which include collaborations with art galleries, art residencies, collaboration with companies, participation in art festivals.
