2023 ENCATC Research Award on Cultural Management and Policy

ENCATC, the European network on cultural management and policy, calls for applications from emerging researchers from across the world for the 2023 ENCATC Research Award on Cultural Policy and Cultural Management. 

Celebrating its 10^th edition in 2023, the ENCATC Award aims to stimulate excellence in research in the field of cultural policy and cultural management and create a network of competent scholars in this field. The Award has gained prominence over the last ten years, attracting submissions from across the globe and becoming a platform for sharing knowledge and expertise. 

Doctoral thesis submitted to the call should be related to the domain of cultural management and or policy and must have been recently successfully defended (up to 2 years after completion of the thesis) by an emerging researcher from anywhere in Europe and the rest of the world.

An international jury will evaluate the applications and select the 3 finalists. The winner will be selected and announced at the occasion of the ENCATC Research Award Ceremony to be organised on 12 October 2023, in the framework of the 2023 ENCATC Congress in Helsinki.

The Award consists of the winning doctoral thesis being published in the Cultural Management and Cultural Policy Education Book Series. The ENCATC Book Series is now edited by the academic publisher Routledge.
