Slovakia | 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations with Korea and Japan

In 2023 the Slovak Republic celebrates not only its birthday as an independent country but also its 30th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations with the two Asian countries of Korea and Japan. This year also marks the 30th anniversary of the foundation of the Society of Slovak Artists.

To celebrate these historic milestones and to honour its friendship with Korea and Japan, Slovakia presents an exhibition of contemporary visual art called "Colour & Form. Ten Slovak Artists", representing the work of the Slovak Artists Society members.

The exhibition will be displayed in the following locations:

Seoul, Gallery ART CORNER H, 24 August – 26 September 2023
Tokyo, Gallery Seira in Ginza, 28 November – 9 December 2023

The exhibition is organised by the Association of Artists of Slovakia in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic and is curated by Mária HORVÁTHOVÁ.
