"Perception - Graduate Examination Showcase 2018" | Malaysia

  The Muzium & Galeri Tuanku Fauziah at the University Sains Malaysia (USM) in Penang, Malaysia, an ASEMUS member, presents "Perception - Graduate Examination Showcase 2018" between 26 January and 28 February 2018. "Perception - Graduate Examination Showcase" provides an opportunity for leading artists and designers of the future to showcase their creative identities as they launch their professional careers. It is also an opportunity for potential collectors, employers and innovators to spot the latest talent, and for curious members of the public to see the newest trends in design and art. This group exhibition features the works of four wonder women: Suhailah Jehad Nassar (Dubai), Naglaa Saad Zaghloul Gaber Sirage (Egypt), Xu YiJiao (China) and Marni Suhaela Zulkifli (Malaysia). This Showcase is a platform for the students to exhibit their final year graduate projects, consisting of Fine Art, Digital Photography, and Packaging Design studies. In brief, the issues presented are related to questions of meaning, values, cultural and religious background. The Perception 2018 Showcase features the work of graduates from across USM’s School of Arts. In addition, a selection of work in progress and live industry projects by Postgraduates in Design and Fine Art are also on display.
