Organised by the Arts Education Department of the Cultural Centre of the Philippines, the Manila International Performing Arts Market Talks: Expanding Horizons for Performing Arts aims to share opportunities and public programming avenues that can be accessed by Filipino performing arts groups to engage in the international arts market. 

This talk is organised in preparation for the Manila Performing Arts Market 2026, designed to bolster the global presence of Filipino performing arts. 

Notable international producers, festival organisers, venue operators, including ASEF's Culture Director, Valentina Riccardi, have been invited to share insights about their organisation's programmes, methodologies and avenues for international collaborations.
