Creatives for Climate Action - Thailand (CCAT) Symposium

In collaboration with AktivAsia and ClimateCats Studios, Creative Migration is organising a one-day symposium, Creatives for Climate Action - Thailand (CCAT) Symposium on 30 September 2025, at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre.
This event is part of the pilot edition of Bangkok Climate Action Week, aimed at uniting citizens, creatives, communities and institutions to celebrate local leadership and collective imagination for a climate-safe, inclusive Southeast Asia.
The one-day symposium comprises of three activities:
10am to 1230pm: Re/view the CCAT Toolkit, Localising Climate Tools for Thai Creative Practice
- Organised by CCAT, this is a workshop for artists, producers and cultural workers working in the intersections of culture, sustainability and social innovation to shape the next version of the toolkit.
1pm to 5pm: Where Change Begins: Power, Purpose, Action
- An interactive workshop led by AktivAsia, aimed at empowering climate-concerned citizens with campaign strategy concepts and participatory tools to translate awareness into meaningful action.
530pm to 7pm: Food. Air. Land: Breaking the Vicious Cycle
- A showcase of film and panel discussions that places Thailand's air pollution crisis at the forefront, highlighting the unspoken causes and linking food and farming systems.
