The Slow Film Festival would love to see motion picture both fiction and non-fiction. Professional quality and craftsmanship is also important, but the organizers are looking for motion picture thinkers, philosophers, storytellers. Films holding a mirror to humankind, focusing on real life conditions and make viewers to use their mind.

All filmmakers are welcome on board! No matter how old you are, neither you must be a trained filmmaker to be able to enter the competition! Anyways, competition is not the most important value of the Slow Film Fest. The organizers want the festival participants to be able to take home real thoughts, valuable information, different angles and friendship with pals looking for the same quality audio-visual culture.
