Open Call | 2024 ENCATC Education & Research Session

The European network on cultural management and policy (ENCATC) is inviting submissions for the 14th edition of the Education and Research Session (E&RS), organised alongside the 2024 ENCATC Congress, taking place from 18 to 20 September 2024 in Lecce, Italy. 

Academics, researchers and practitioners from Europe and beyond are invited to submit an abstract, teaching demonstration, panel and/or poster proposal. Proposals from any relevant discipline will be considered, provided that they make an original academic and professional contribution to the study and practice of cultural management and cultural policy.

The E&RS is the only yearly global platform for scholars to showcase their work, connect with peers, gain fresh insights, and ignite collaborations. It offers an invaluable opportunity to engage with fellow experts, learn the latest trends and advancements, and spark new collaborations. 

Beyond the E&Rs: Opportunities for researchers and scholars

In addition to presenting at the 2024 E&RS, researchers will have the opportunity to win the 2024 Best Research Paper Award, which will be granted to one of the short articles to be included in the 2024 Congress Proceedings. The winning article will also published in the European Journal of Cultural Management and Policy, issued by Frontiers, with fully waived Article Processing Charges (APCs).
