DutchCulture focus on Korea and Indonesia

In November and December 2022 DutchCulture will hold two events in Amsterdam that highlight connections between the Netherlands and Asia.

Country Focus: Korea

This live event in Amsterdam will highlight recent Dutch-Korean collaborative art initiatives supported by Arts Council Korea and DutchCulture.

In an interactive programme, artists and curators from both Korea and the Netherlands come together. This public event will be a chance for arts and cultural professionals to present and reflect on their collaborative projects and exchange experiences. The goal is to look at future prospects for cultural cooperation between the Netherlands and Korea.

The full day programme will go beyond describing the close ties and existing examples of collaboration between the two countries and will dive into the growing importance of Indonesia in the Pacific region. Academics, civil society representatives, policymakers, companies and creatives will explore possible avenues for cooperation in the coming years.
