Art Stage Singapore supports and defends the interests of Asian artists and galleries by elevating them to a level of international importance, and by positioning them as strong and competitive players in the global market. The event will once again gather around 130 galleries, 600 artists and 23 countries. This year, the Indonesian Pavilion is set to be the largest and most comprehensive showcase of contemporary Indonesian art ever shown on an international scale, the Indonesian Pavilion represents a new and exciting initiative undertaken by Art Stage Singapore. This unique artistic platform will display key Indonesian galleries as well as feature a curated exhibition of Indonesia’s leading contemporary artists and an education centre managed by the Indonesian Visual Art Archive (I.V.A.A.) Other events include the CCA Talks at Art Stage and and Southeast Asian Art Tour organised by SOTA School of the Arts. The heart of the fair will highlight some of the best and most exciting of Asia’s artistic creativity, the most important, most interesting and most stunning artists and galleries of the entire continent.
