A flexible travel grant scheme is offered by the Russian Theatre Union to advance cross-border projects between Russia and Europe. Available to performing arts professionals, the Scheme is a flexible tool to fund individual travel: festivals, showcases, conferences, workshops attendance, research trips.

The current round of applications will last till May 31 for travel after July 1, 2013.

Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.

Eligible expenses:

The travel grant scheme potentially covers airfare and accommodation in a destination country. However, grantees travelling to Russia can only have their accommodation covered from the funds of their grant, unless they work with a Russian partner. In the latter case, the funding options will be more flexible, and funds will be disbursed to the Russian partner organization directly.

Checklist:

• You work in the performing arts.


• You permanently reside in an eligible country.


• You intend to travel between an eligible country and Russia.


• Your travel commences after 1 July 2013.
