Media studies are located at the crossroads of art, science and technology. On the one hand, the field undertakes to understand and explain the role of computer-based media in modern society and the future; on the other, it offers artistic, theoretical and analytic tools with which students refine their own artistic expression and production. The programme emphasises independent work in an international artistic and research-oriented environment.
