Tekfestival is an international festival which takes place every year in Rome. It presents the screening of the latest independent and social film production and hosts many international premieres.

The project supporting the festival follows four main principles:

• Offers the Italian audience a showcase of the latest and best international productions.


• Promotes the circulation and the visibility of the Italian social documentary.


• Encourages the audience to participate in the programme through the meeting with authors and women authors.


• Contributes to the spreading of documentaries through the annual release of one of the festival works on DVD.
