The Major in Cinema & Film, which recognized that the movie making field is a systematic and scientific study for the first time in Korea, has trained lots of outstanding experts in cinema making, cinema research, and broadcast fields. The goals of the department are to provide students with a knowledge of the principles of cinema production related with an understanding of cinema as an art form. In this regard, it is essential to understand cinema theory, analysis and history.
