The 13th edition of Angkor Photo Festival & Workshops takes place in Siem Reap, Cambodia on 3-12 December 2017. 

For the Angkor Photo Workshops, 32 new selected participants will join in Siem Reap for this professional training lead by 7 famous international tutorsAntoine D’Agata / Magnum Photos (France), Tania Bohorquez (Mexico), Sohrab Hura / Magnum Photos (India), Kosuke Okahara (Japan), Sim Chi Yin / VII Agency (Singapore), Ian Teh / Agence VU’ / Panos Pictures (England-Malaysia) et Katrin Koenning (Germany).

Since 2005, the annual Angkor Photo Workshops have been providing tuition-free, professional photography training to emerging photographers from all over Asia. Conducted by international professional photographers who volunteer their time, the workshops provide participants with firsthand training, invaluable exposure, and a chance to develop their personal photographic style and vision. Over the years, the workshops has consistently highlighted emerging talent from the region, and many of our workshop alumni go on to embark on successful photography careers.

Angkor Photo Festival exhibitions, projections and other programmes take place in various venues across Siem Reap.

The longest-running photography event in Southeast Asia, the Angkor Photo Festival & Workshops is a free international platform and educational resource for established and emerging photographers. The Angkor Photo Association is a non-profit cultural association registered under 1901 Law in France.
