ASEF’s Cultural Exchange Department seeks to engage a project officer for immediate start.

ASEF’s Cultural Exchange Department undertakes innovative programmes in cultural cooperation, sustaining various mechanisms for dialogue, the exchange of ideas, as well as sharing of information and best practices in the field of arts and culture. Programmes in this area allow peers from diverse backgrounds to explore creativity, art and artistic practices in different contexts, such as using the internet as a tool for co-operation and   participating in workshops, seminars and conferences.

The project officer is expected to work in close coordination with the Culture360.org Project Coordinator and Technical coordinator. Culture360.org is the only multidisciplinary arts and culture portal created for and fuelled by artists, cultural practitioners and policy makers with a focus on Asia and Europe. As a platform to inform, interact and exchange ideas with the arts and culture communities across Asia and Europe, the portal culture360.org is a strategic project within the Cultural Exchange while playing a central role in the overall communication of the Department. In particular, under the supervision of Director and the Assistant Director of the Cultural Exchange Department, the project officer will be involved in communication with the Public Affairs Department towards the external communication of ASEF’s Cultural Exchange projects and also perform other administrative and financial tasks as assigned by the Director and the Assistant Director.
