Docs Port Incheon in Korea is a new funding platform for Asian documentary productions. Open call for project submissions from Asian documentary makers pursuing international co-productions for the A-Pitch (Asian Project Pitching) category.

Eligible A-Pitch projects are:

• documentary projects by a director or producer of Asian nationality


• mid to feature length (at least 50 mins) in pre-production or production


• international co-production project with more than 30% capital from the Asian region

A-Pitch will select 10 mid and feature length Asian documentary projects and offer them chances of pitching to around 20 international panel of the decision makers from Europe, America and Asia after two days’ educational program by international professionals. Korean projects pursuing international co-productions are also eligible to apply. Selected projects will be provided various business opportunities and be considered for awards such as the Best Asian Project Award and Doc Spirit Award.
