Korea Arts Management Service is calling for applications from Korean performing artists/groups and organizations whose project concerns the international touring of contemporary productions in 2012.

Center Stage Korea - International Touring is the international market and audience development project of Korean contemporary performing arts through supporting the distribution of productions. The Korea Arts Management Service, under the auspices of the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, has been operating the Center Stage Korea grant program since 2007, with the aim that diverse performing arts of Korea become internationally acclaimed and that performing artists/companies enhance their competence.

In order to respond to the market demand and to stimulate Korean presence on the international stage, Korea Arts Management Service is calling for applications from Korean performing artists/groups and organizations whose project concerns the international touring of contemporary productions.

1. eligibility

Korean artists, groups and organizations planning international touring in at least two different countries, cities, or venues may submit grant applications to the Korea Arts Management Service.

* The project may include additional programmes such as residency and workshops.

2. period

The project must occur between April 2012 and December 2012.

There are two deadlines.

1) 6 Feb~ 20Feb 2012 ( For projects occurring between April 2012 and December 2012)

2) 20 Feb~ 22 Jun 2012 ( For projects occurring between August 2012 and December 2012)
