The extremely successful annual Bring Your Own Film Festival will be held on the beaches of Puri, India from 21st February to 25th February, 2013. Held in the beautiful setting of sand and sun at Puri, a famous heritage and temple town in Orrisa, Eastern India, BYOFF is an informal and intimate gathering of artists where anyone can bring a film they have made or participated in! BYOFF takes pride in breaking down traditional rules and regulations of festivals by screening any film the participants want to share. Registrations will be done on the spot at the the Venue - Hotel Pink House and screening slots are chosen on a first come first serve basis. The screenings usually go early into the morning hours, first inside make shift tents and then in the open air after sun down. Not only filmmakers but also artists from other disciplines like music, theatre, painting, sculpture, dance, literature and photography are encouraged to participate and show their work.  BYOFF is a completely voluntary event and the participants need to bear the cost of travel, accommodation and food. The festival ensures that participants get good discounts on food and accommodation, as well as provides complimentary dinner for participants on all festival days.
