The need to better connect Asian and European organisations was identified through ASEF’s Creative Encounters programme, which has been running since 2010 and received hundreds of proposals since its inception.
While many challenges are facing cultural organisations, the ability to network is a fundamental condition to nurture and enable creative collaborations.
To this end, ASEF’s portal culture360.org, seeks to play a role in the development of online cultural communities and networks between Asia and Europe.
Find a Partner is a space where cultural organisations can find new opportunities to collaborate and network with each other across Asia and Europe. While sharing information about their mission and activities, member organisations can seek and offer specific partnership opportunities that lead to concrete collaborative projects and initiatives.

We Seek: Carpe diem Residency is an Artist-in Residence program founded by Awarded filmmaker Shivajee Chandrabhsuhan from India. We are non-profit organization. We wish to provide grants to the participants and make the residency free in the upcoming Programs.With your help and financial support we can continue to strive towards that goal. We are looking for donors, sponsors and philanthropists to support us in this endeavor.
We Offer: Our Residency is designed to provide the artists with a clutter-free space (in mind and in geography), nurtured with both the silences of isolation and enriching conversations with fellow artists, inching you closer to your project every passing moment. Towards the closure of each program, the artists need to arrive upon a certain outcome, essential to their projects.We offer two types of Residencies - Artists' Residency in which we invite Artists from all discipline and another specifically designed for Screenwriters.
Projects: Upcoming Artists' Residency is our Cedar Hill Program at Shimla in March 2015 and Screenwriters Residency at Kalmatia Sangam in May 2015.
We Seek: Our Dance Comapny seeks Performance opportunities, Festivals, Contacts, Board members and Sponsorship in kind or financial for one of our many outreach activities.
We Offer: High end dance performances. We work a variety of styles ranging from Classical Ballet to Fly-low Contemporary technique. We also offer workshops and social as well as educational outreach.

We Seek: We are looking for partners to support the international exchange of artist from Asia to work in our artist´s residence in our Art Center in Madrid.
We Offer: All the projects in residence are completed with a special exhibition (1 month at least) into the museum, co-laboratories with the artist, editing a catalog, and promotion the artist with interviews and audiovisual material of the work-in-progress. The artist's studio is visited during the creation process. This space can detail the corporate image of the partner with a text on the basis of social responsibility about why the partner decided give their support the artistic creation. Donation of one work of the artist.

We Seek: Seeking a cultural partner based in Bangladesh who can work with us on an arts and literature project which will develop traditioanl folk tales as an i-pad app and explore the possibility of staging an arts and literature festival in 2015.
We Offer: Hello this is Richard, Julia and Anne representing South Tyneside situated in the North East of England. We are part of a City Library initiative to engage the local Bangladeshi Community and create an illustrated traditional tale as an I-Pad app that can be shared with all children via libraries across the north east of England. We would like to build on our growing relationship with the Bangladeshi community by organising a Storytelling Festival to take place in the summer of 2015 at indoor and outdoor venues. We are presently forging links with Tamarind Theatre Company Directed by Rez Kamir based in London and would very much like to find a cultural partner organisation based in Bangladesh, to work with us and enable Bangladeshi Puppeteers to travel to South Tyneside and perform. Our festival will aim to use ‘story’ to explore commonalities and celebrate differences, thereby promoting co-operation and understanding between our two communities.

We Seek: Our ‘Reading the Way’ project aims to identify exceptionally accessible and/or inclusive books from around the world and bring them to the UK to be assessed by schools, families, disability organisations and publishers. It’s hoped that the project will result in a list of international examples of best practice, and perhaps even the UK publication of one or more of the titles. We know that there are some wonderful books being published by other countries and we would like to hear from any of our international colleagues who may know of titles that we should be considering for our research. For further information on the project or to recommend titles please do get in touch with me.

We Seek: We are looking for the partners in Europe, to jointly work out a proposal through the ASEF (Asia-Europe Foundation) Creative Networks programme. Ideal partners are cultural management and cultural diplomacy service centers with good connections to top universities in Europe. It would be helpful if the partners have experience in visual art projects. This is a long term project and we are looking for a few Europe based partners to enhance this worldwide platform.
We Offer: We are China based cultural service center with about ten-years experience in cross-cultural exchange. The project “Global Students Photography Alliance” is for students’ photography enthusiasts, including students’ photography societies or clubs and individuals in universities around the world. Our center provides a range of services to assist our partners, and their clients, to reach the Chinese audience.
