Call for Entries | Movies that Matter 2014

mtmffThe Movies that Matter Festival is the annual film festival on human rights and social justice in The Hague, the International City of Peace and Justice. Entries are being accepted for the next edition of the Movies that Matter Festival that will take place from 20th to 26th March, 2014.

This film and debate festival is the successor of the Amnesty International Film Festival. It features the best of recent filmmaking related to human rights and human dignity and serves as a platform for debate and discussion.

There are no restrictions on genre; fiction, documentary, music video, animation are equally welcome provided that the film was made after 2012, longer than 30 minutes and has clear human rights relevance. No re-submissions and no submission fee.

The final submission deadline is 15th October, 2013.
